Rest Hosting understands the need for flexibility and therefore does not require long-term contract commitments. The contract’s notice period however cannot be less than three months in order to respect guest bookings that were made a few months prior

Rest Hosting does not charge any running costs to apartment owners and only charges a 30% commission on earnings, after deducting VAT (10 %) and cleaning expenses at a fixed rate. The remaining 70% get paid out to the apartment owners once per month together with transparent earning reports and regular market outlook updates. This commission system aligns the interests of everyone involved and optimizes for higher returns
